Because in the end

After being emotionally distraught and hurt over a life long relationship that was so great, I have realized many things. I'm beginning to think there is truth in the statement all good things must come to an end. God is the only constant in our lives and without him we are nothing. God knows us inside and out, he knows we fall short of perfect, make mistakes, and sin. But after all that he loves us unconditionally and forgives us. Isn't that amazing, that we can be so wrong and mess up, but someone loves us and not only that he wants us! Nothing in this life will satisfy you and once you realize that and discover what will, you will find yourself at peace. I realized that we all think differently whether its how we grew up or what is in our lives at the current time that changes our views, we are all so different and that's OK too. But the purpose of this is in the end...God loves, God saves, and God wants us! And that will get me through everything.

average day

My friend from work describes it best. Say your sitting at work and a box is delivered to you without instruction and you need to put this project together. Your work day is about over and your almost finished, so you think you will just finish up tomorrow. But during the night 3 little elves come in and take it all apart! You come in the next morning and have to start all over again; from scratch remind you and without help! And this pattern goes on everyday. That is the story of a mother/wife's life, your 2 kids and husband are the damn elves that destroy what you have done and worked hard to do all day. You wake up and oh good morning time to redo everything you did the day before and the day before that one! I loved how she put it and it couldn't be more right! lol
